BEING SENT/DISCIPLESHIP

The world we live in:
dangerously divided –
chaos, life, dark, light.
Sometimes acceptance
but sometimes mocking, contempt,
prison, torture, death.
Do not be afraid:
words to Jesus’ disciples
are for us also.
Living faithfully
is not about protection,
rather assurance.
