IT’S NOT ABOUT REWARD
(Matthew 25:31-46)
A rural image,
the sorting of sheep and goats
to one pen or other.
We can live blindly,
ignore the plight of others,
and be judged for it.
Loving the other,
people of some faith or none
show their compassion.
This is righteousness,
our acting to set things right
day by day by day.
