FAITHFULNESS 2.0
(Genesis 24:34-38, 42-49, 58-67)
Abraham well knew
without a wife for Isaac
the promise would die.
He sent his servant
who sought and obtained a wife
from Abraham’s clan.
The servant returned
and Isaac took Rebekah;
he loved her greatly.
Day by day by day
they all by their faithfulness
sustained the promise.
Day by day by day
what promise do we sustain
following Jesus?
