Isaiah’s vision,
a sign of life and God present
in desolation.
An unnamed child born
of a young unnamed mother
confirms God with us.
How do we find God
in the disasters and strife
of our broken world?
Look, listen, alert
for more signs of God with us
in surprising ways.
