WAITING FOR GOD
(Exodus 24:12-18)
Climbing the mountain,
enveloped by mystery,
Moses met with God
Living faithfully
we need not climb a mountain
yet encounter God.
Like Moses we wait
for the present but hidden
Source of all that is.
